History in the Community
Children at the school are in a unique position to chronicle the relatively recent history of Watlington and its people. Some have relatives with knowledge of happenings in the village, its buildings and facilities. It is important that memories are recorded before they are lost for ever.
Year 6 students have therefore begun to compile what will become a web-based history of Watlington, beginning with memories of the old school, Watlington Station and The Angel public house.
