Big Norfolk Holiday Fun

The Big Norfolk Holiday Fun (BNHF) programme provides holiday activities for children and young people aged 4 -16 in Norfolk. Children eligible for benefits-related free school meals can claim free spaces on the activities, paid places are also available on many activities for those families who don't meet the free place criteria. The programme is a fantastic way to encourage children and young people to try new things whilst keeping their brains and bodies stimulated over the school holidays. All children taking part will also receive a nutritious free meal as part of the offer.

This tool has been designed for families who might want a little extra help meeting their child’s needs. We know that parenting can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we all share the common goal to give children the best start in life.

If you see something, or hear something that doesn’t feel right – say something.

Early Help Assessment and Plan

Sometimes you might need extra support to help things improve.

This might mean bringing family, friends and workers together to have a meeting and create an early help assessment.

An early help assessment looks at what is working well for your family and what is not working so well.
